You cannot compare Ibadan to Lagos at all, having been in Lagos for 1 month on my business trip, I discovered that there are certian times of the day you dont dare to go from mainland to Island, if you leave anytime after 4pm, you could be stuck in traffic for over 5hrs!, I am talking from experience.
For Nigerians in Diaspora who are non Lagosians, Ibadan is more enticing and serene, there is a local flight that will take 30mins to Lagos and a steady growing influx of Lagosians moving into the exclusive suburbs and GRA’s of Ibadan. I will like you to seriously consider buying into IBADAN
